It’s my day off on a sunny 56 degree day in the Peoples Republic of NJ. Waiting for Safelite to come and replace the windshield on my 2018 Camaro SS. Savoring my first ever bowl of Chelsea Morning in a Savinelli Porto Cervo 122 bent pot. Where in NJ are you? I am in Hillsborough, in Somerset County

Yet another bowl of Engine 99 in the Savinelli Estella 606. If this sounds like a rut, it isn't. Each bowl seems better than the one before. When this trend changes, I'll move on.

With fresh rounds of Engine 99 in both my 606, and 804 Savinellis, I pause for a snack plate of juicy strawberries and peeled apple slices. A Genod bulldog waits in the spill-tray, filled with a mix of Engine 99, and Old Black Magic, from Watch City.

I am in Hillsborough, in Somerset County I’m in Sussex County. We should meet up at the Montecristo Lounge in Whippany for some pipes one day. That would be great. I have been pipe smoking pretty poorly for about 6 months. I could sure use some guidance. I am off on Sunday, but church takes up most of the day, I am also off on Mondays.
