Fribourg & Treyer Vintage Flake in a Peterson spigot.... I have an 03 red spigot which I love. I bought a similar one that you have from smoking dollars. I ended up sending it back. It was crooked going into the shank and the stem was crooked into the silver stem.

Good morning, everyone. Community Coffee (it's a Southern thing) along with a bit of Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake in a Rattray's Rhodesian. I have taken to cutting my flake tobaccos across the grain with scissors and think I prefer that to my usual fold, twist, rough up, stuff method. It is handy for those times when I just want a half-bowl smoke. And the burn seems more consistent.

Butternut Burley in a battered old billiard from E.A. Carey. This old pipe has been bringing joy to fellows like me for decades; I've had it for almost two myself. It came to me in a massive lot of fifty-four old estate pipes, with the little fitting that holds the filter broken away. I gave it a good cleaning, put a fresh layer of black tape over the vents and let'er rip. whenever I pull this one from its rack, I always wonder about all the hands that helped to ware down the lovely old sandblast to an almost smooth finish. How many mornings coffees, how many rides to work?
