Boswells Pennsylvania Dutch Treat in a Nording Valhalla spigot. I think I am done with Aros. That is the worst aromatic I've ever smoked.

I agree, the pipe is beautiful. By natural, is it stained or will it darken naturally from smoking? I just saw that it is stained. This is great love the orange color and grain. Savinelli's Smooth Natural finish is a light color of stain. I have quite a few Savs with this finish and they darken with use John,
That has got to be a perfect example of a Billiard. Looks flawless and perfect grain and staining.

Congrats on that beautiful pipe! Thanks for the review of Palmetto, I just ordered 2 tins. The plus is I love Presbyterian. Do you just load up a pipe a pipe and smoke it yo break it in, or do you have a regimen? For the first bowl, I fill it almost full in order to properly say hello and start getting acquainted. Then, I smoke half bowls for the next 10 to 15 bowls in order to get a good start on heel cake. With full bowls, I find they I build wall cake faster than heel cake. 🤷♂️ Same here. Sometimes I just continue with mostly full bowls the whole time though.
I'm smoking some Yorktown in a Falcon with rustic Algiers bowl this morning to get started. Been doing a lot of driving and gardening the past week and it's been a lot of Chetak Indian snus and Oden's portion chew bags.

This morning, with my coffee, I'm smoking a stewpot blend I named Third Encounter. It's a mildly aromatic mix of dark, fruity black cavendish, some toasted burley, and a healthy amount of Yorktown for backbone. I was almost ready to dump it into a mixing bowl for a fourth encounter, but this morning, in this freshly cleaned Hillson, the flavors seem to be working well enough to leave it as is.
