Good morning, everyone. Drinking coffee and enjoying a bit of Wilke 436 in this Ben Wade Reflection (015). This is the only "freehand" style pipe I own. I feel like such a radical when I smoke this. I think Herb Goldbrick owns the identical twin of this pipe. I do indeed, William, but I never could learn to like the stem on the reflection, so I sent it, and a Nording freehand, to Dave Wolfe{?} at Waker Briar Works, and Dave made a black acrylic stem for the reflection and reworked the bronze stem of the reflection to fit the Nording. To my eye, and Dave's also, both pipes came out better in the end, The Nording is really striking. FYI- Dave is retired now and Mike Myers has been running Walker Briar Works for several years now. Mike was trained by Dave and carries on his standard of excellence.

Dave was always top notch, just a great person, and super to work with whenever I needed repairs.

GH Broken Flake #7 in a Legend. Finished yard stuff before 90°F. (It's currently 31, for the one other American here who doesn't use Freedom Units.) The lawn was easy--only weeds are growing in this drought. Thanks C4 photosynthesis!

90, clear, should be high for the day
Ed Duncan, Batavia, NY gots 'em, smokes 'em since '62

Is that a prayer rope or beads?
It's Kompoloi, a Greek item for making you think calmly by rubbing the beads and let them drop one by one-swirling it gently etc. The colour of the beads, the tassel and the customization shows many things for your character.
