Summerlike conditions today, clear, humid outside. 72F with expected high of 86F. Smoking Uhle's Perfection Plug in an MM Country Gent, drinking hot tea with lemon and looking over the Keeneland card this morning. Speaking of which, off to Keeneland for a day of live racing today. My roll-up will include a smooth 1/4 bent 1982 Dunhill Rhodesian with a Cumberland stem, McCranie's Red Ribbon from the 2008 crop will be in my pouch and my Old Boy lighter to fire them up.

Our group didn't cash many tickets at Keeneland yesterday, donated to the cause but had a good time and Keeneland's concessions are top shelf. Looking like a rainy Easter Sunday, 69F, expected high of 76F. Weather the past week warmer than normal here. Having Solani #660 Silver Flake in a blasted seriously bent Baki poker meerschaum, drinking Trader Joe's coffee before daybreak with a little dark chocolate on the side. May get a little wet but I'm going to try and sneak in a walk at sunrise before the rains pick up a few hours later.
