W.C. Old Black Magic in a sandblasted pot, marked GEFAPIP. Cut the grass, ran the weed eater, pulled up some unwanted bushes, put the tools away, and showered...the rest of the afternoon is mine!

Father Dempsey’s in a Rattrays Distillery 9mm poker. This is my second Rattray pipe. The filters do not fit snugly like other pipes, so it seems to enhance the draw. More passing through, but still filtering tar. Hey Mark, what are your thoughts on the Fr. Dempsey blend? I was able to get a tin before the Kramer family sold out. It’s the only tobacco I have been banned from smoking in the house! I did enjoy it as an occasional smoke which had to be nursed slowly. If I got it too hot it changed the profile which only made it stronger to those around me. Couldn’t make it a long term rotation blend...

First go with Haunted Bookshop Cake. In the Sunday cob. Will take a few bowls to get the difference. Pressing it into a cake does change the flavor profile a bit.

I have never had the original. I always have a pound on hand. I smoke it daily.

Father Dempsey survived the transition in production perfectly. When C&D started production of the Kramer's blends, I had some store produced Father Dempsey on hand. I did a side by side comparison and found them to be the same with no detectable difference.
