Long underwear and two robes. Soon, I will slide into a pair of Carhart bibs. They are about ready to stand on their own. A wash may be in order... someday. A Woolrich wool shirt.

A good wool shirt is a thing of beauty. Not after John gets through with it! 😂 Never had trouble with my wool shirts. But, my Stetson once blew into an open bucket of tractor hydraulic fluid. That kind of spoiled my day.

Carhart thermal underwear beneath a pair of their insulated bib overalls and an old but thick Woolrich all wool shirt. Sad they are not made anymore.

The conversation the other day about overalls gave me a hankering, so today I'm wearing a pair of hickory Big Smith overalls, just like grandpa used to wear. (Actually, probably a lot less hardwearing and a lot more comfortable.)

(Actually, probably a lot less hardwearing and a lot more comfortable.) They are incredibly comfortable and practical. I wear them a lot when it's not too hot.

House-bound as can not open front storm door for yesterday's snow. Staying in same thermals as slept in, no reason to "up" my choice

Back to all thermals after quick 3-steps outside to bring in snail-mail. Boots, gloves, ear covered knit cap, now just the "undies", calf socks & house shoes. If anybody shows up, have to deal with the above, not much chance of above
Ed-dressed all as intended to
