Smoked 8/21 GH & Co. Best Brown Flake #2 & C&D Big 'n' Burley while camping and hiking. I was smoking BBF#2 in a Roswitha Anderson sandblasted apple hiking and passed a woman in her 70s walking her dog out with her daughter on a trail and she remarked "I haven't smelled or seen a pipe in years. That smells wonderful!"
We got back this afternoon, and I'm just now breaking in my new Peterson Halloween 2022 shape 05 calabash, with some of last years 9/21 release of Warped Scarecrow. I swabbed out the bowl and shank to remove their charcoal bowl coating first and eyed it over. It seems smaller, more squat and compact than this photo would make it seem.
The 05 is a rather small pipe. |

Hope all had a nice weekend. Full walks just done, Quorum 6x50 for company. After the Ed is fed, same scraps in SamMartin freehand & continue with the papers. Schwan delivery scheduled this a.m. so gotta stay close. Nothing planned otherwise at this time.

9/2021 Warped Scarecrow with a bit of BBF#2 & Kendal Flake mixed in. Gives it a bit of that brown flake flavor and a touch of almond oil essence mixed with the Scarecrow stuff. I'm frickin' lovin' this new Peterson Halloween pipe!
