I'll leave it for the rest of you. It looks delicious, though, and I like Mars.

Yeah, it's basically equivalent to full price tin stuff. And this is the cheapest you'll find it.

Charlie I'm talking about wessex. And the curly block only comes in a 9.7 ounce bulk, so it breaks down to be about 8.76/oz. If you took that and put it in a 50g tin, the tin would cost 15.42.

The Wessex Curly Block is great stuff, and it's basically the same price as the other brands of premium coin tobaccos like Escudo. I think Peterson De Luxe Navy Rolls end up being a bit pricier than Curly Block. When it pertains to Gawith Hoggarth, I only buy from SmokingPipes and they are the importer. They seem to get the most stock for the best price.

“Charlie I'm talking about wessex”
Roger, I thought the conversation turned on Bob’s choc.
I remember buying Peter Heinrich’s Curly Block, complaining about the price, someone pointed out that by the ounce it was about the same as premium coins.
In 2017 PH Curly block was $78.19 for 250 gr

I guess I misread the page. I thought it said $84 for a 275-gram block; which it appears to. My mistake was in the conversion. I didn't convert grams to oz. properly and thought that was about 2 ounces, not 9.7... Not so expensive when you get your math right.

The nice thing about curly block, when you are packing one, you have a billy club at hand… It is pretty dense.

If you can make it to the pipe club meeting, I can bring some Peter Heinrich’s Curly block.
