Our son and his fiancee were over for dinner tonight. We also went through our hunting gear. I smoked Friar's Bayou in the rusticated "55". Now, Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob.

Looks like a principied 55. I like it. Yeah, it kinda does. I like it too. It's a medium-sized pipe and the rustication feels good in hand. I have a feeling I'll be making a couple more, in varying sizes and finishes.

2017 Brighton in my 2021 Dunhill Ring Grain group 1 Quaint Acorn. Dunhill may have stamped this pipe as group 3, but it’s smaller than my two Dunhills which are stamped as group 1. If anyone is heading out tomorrow for Michigan's opening day of firearm deer season, good luck and safe hunting!

Currently a P&C knock-off of Elizabethan Blend. I think they call it Victoria. I also have a tin each of Sutliff 1849 and Escudo Navy de Luxe awaiting.

Just finished a bowl of Virginia Gold Vanilla in my new Brebbia Sun. Probably shouldn't choose flavored tobacco for the first bowl, but it's meerschaum lined so I think I can get away with it.
