Hope all having a nice weekend so far. Earlier, full walks, CAO Gold 6x48 for company. Wilke #622 in little pressed meer now at desk. Food bought, soon to the gals, they will make brunch. Another fun Sunday with 'em, chow down, then Bills/Jets in the mix.

Smoking Gawith Hoggarth Dark Bird's Eye in a Mark Twain cob. Came down with Covid late Thursday night but only took the positive antigen test this morning. Zero respiratory symptoms whatsoever, can smell just fine, but every single person around me who has it or has had it recently all have full body aches, throbbing headaches, shivering/can't warm up under piles of blankets, mixed with high fever and dizziness. I couldn't even get out of bed Friday or Saturday but starting to feel on the mend today. Time to drench the bloodstream with nicotine and caffeine. Glad to see you're well enough to enjoy some coffee and a pipe!

I’m happy for you that it didn’t mess with your taste/smell. I also recommend adding alcohol to the caffeine and nicotine. Shows the little viruses that there will be no safe space!

I’m glad to hear that you don’t have any respiratory symptoms. I’m a little over two months post-pneumonia and my lungs still don’t like going into a very smoky room like a pipe club meeting.

6 hours later, I finally got my cellar put back together. After a few moves back and forth between GA and AZ, things were a mess. Zach I found that Andullo I was supposed to send you a long time ago. Glad you're feeling better too. On topic: FVF in a J. Everett

Thanks guys. I've finished off the Dark Bird's Eye pipe in metered paces and thinking I'll go with some fresh Gawith Hoggarth Kendal Flake to smoke next after dinner.

2017 Der Pfeifenladen #300 in my Kaywoodie Connoisseur Lovat. I’ve become quite the fan of modern production Kaywoodies. Great smokers for hardly any money; this pipe cost less than $50.
