Although it's fluctuating around -5 to -6 degrees it's really windy and at a wind chill of -32

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee. Loaded a second bowl. Might have a bowl of soup before I light this one. C-c-c-cold here, 7 degrees/-27 with wind.

Wind is still howling outside. Spent the evening with my wife, daughter and son-in-law - dinner, card games and holiday fun. Tobaccos were Briar Fox, Night Train and this year's Cringle Flake. Think I'll have a bit of 2020 Briar Fox in one of the rusticated billiards I made.  |

outage of internet most of Friday also TV & phone. got in shorter walks earlier, Punch 5.1x50 for company, indoor exercise later. Travel ban in effect in my county, only emergeny vehicles allowed so dunno about mail. Not even the big rigs allowed. After the Ed is fed, Peretti British in Tinsky freehand & to the papers. Bill paying to follow later.

Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! It's still cold (9 deg) and windy (45 mph gusts) here, but should get up to about 18 degrees this afternoon. Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Saturday cob. Close to finishing 2nd bowl.
