Padron Family Reserve No85 50x5 and a smidgeon fresh ground espresso in the 16oz cup. Pouring rain makes a man glad to be sitting in a garden shed.The chihuahua is smarter than me she said aint no fing way I am going out there. Under the knive by this time tomorrow cause the stents are not stenting that's why they call it practicing medicine. Well that does explain why one foot feels like a block of ice. Not a big fan of being put under so I figured it would be a good day to spoil meself just in case. I have a brand new pair of chones laid out and holy t-shirt to dress for success on surgery day.

Yesterday morning, I began two weeks off and celebrated with a Davidoff Millennium Piramides alongside the morning coffee.
After a nice meatball sandwich for lunch, I enjoyed a Warped Upper Realm.
This morning's smoke with coffee is a Warped Seleccion Domain.

AJF Last Call habano 48x4.5 backed up by double strong 16oz espresso. What's not to like this is a damn fine cigar that only costs a few bucks. Back from my two day stay all expenses paid resort ICU after the stent second try. This time they inserted a anti coagulation thinga-ma-gig so you cant move lest you puncture a artery or other unmentionable horrible things. The surgeon was johnny on the spot making sure I survived so he could get paid. Now I know how a drain pipe feels after being filled with draino. A little disappointed that may manscaping was not done in a heart shape. Once the thinga-ma-gig was removed I made a mad dash for the commode and would have made it to if the nurses would have stayed the hell out of my way. On the bright side after that it did not take long to get discharged after that discharge. I was glad to go and the poor nurses were even happier to see me leave. The stents must be working because the bandages over the ankle ulcer were stained red I have been cordially invited to come back in the next week or three so they can do the other leg. They also included a nice list of things to refrain from by the eighth page I lost interest and lit this cigar after reaching home and the safety of the garden shed guarded by the ever-watchful eye of the chihuahua. Remember to tell the ones you love as often as possible and life is about what you like.
