Flag football, 7 on a side. I only watched a few minutes. It did look like the players were having a great time. Interesting. I've been watching golf. |

don't care who wins the SupBowl. Just hope for close game, few penalties & GOOD officials calls vs the mess of last time

Guessing that so many pro-bowlers will be playing in the Super Bowl, so it turned into flag football because no super bowl bound coach wants any injuries.

Set off a bunch of mortars to celebrate the Chief’s win, not legal here… toshtego made me buy them in New Mexico. Gilbert PD showed up and said “ no more fireworks” … Yessir! All good on the western front. |

agree with Brad on the game itself...down to the wire. As to Rihanna...as expected, couldn't make out a single word she warbeled, finally put the hearing aids in the charging device. Was any of that in understandable English?
later at the chat, "Bill B" mentioned 'tho...and I agree....long as I have a face, she gots a place to sit!

Then it reminded me of my Grandma in the 60's, she told me some of the music was OK but you couldn't understand the words. Besides face action, worth $1.7 billion I heard. |

I was shocked when I went in a Walmart in New Mexico in October and they had an entire isle of fireworks. |

I was shocked when I went in a Walmart in New Mexico in October and they had an entire isle of fireworks. There is a big store in Farmington NM that has the “buy one, get one free” sign, the problem is that the one you buy is not cheap. I usually buy from a guy that sets up a huge tent in Gallup twice per year, his prices ar better because of the lack of an B&M overhead. I never thought about Walmart… I probably should cool my jets though, Sunday night could have netted me a $500 fine. The cops seem to look the other way on July 4th and New Years, but all it takes is crossing a cop having a bad day. |

I didn't look at the prices at Walmart. Last year I bought a few and it was 80 bucks. The last time I bought fireworks 80 bucks would have bought a huge load. Just like everything else.
