Good Morning! It's on the chilly side here at 45° with a partly cloudy sky. Just some light household chores to do later on and my wife is going to pick up our BJ'S food order this afternoon, so I'll be playing pack mule when she gets home. The smoking day has started with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in a Savinelli Venere 128 and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Time to check the headline news and read my book.

I just tried the most amazing aromatic pipe tobacco. It was almost like eating a waffle smothered in maple syrup. I could also discern a walnut taste. If you have a sweet-tooth you will certainly love this tobacco. I only had one bowl but I will order another tin today. I smoked this delicious tobacco in a Savinelli Alligator Brown 673KS. here is a photo of the pipe.

Good Afternoon, Friends! It's a cool but humid 71° with a cloudy sky out here on the deck. I made the BJ'S trip, hauled everything into the house, and now I'll spend some time reading before taking a nap. Currently smoking a bowl of Limerick VA Flake in the Savenelli smooth billiard and there's a bottle of ice water on the side. Have a good one, everybody!

Sutliff makes a walnut-maple blend you might like, and it’s available in bulk.

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Tuesday cob and coffee. Stuck with it all day, busy with a biggish project. Home now, and smoking more Haunted Bookshop. A well-earned beer to pair.

Country Squire's Kingsfoil in the carved hardwood. Thoughts on that one? That's a CS blend I don't have. I really like it so far - it's the first blend I've tried with dark fired Kentucky, and it makes me want to explore that genre further. The flavor makes me think of beeswax and ginger with a sparkle of brown sugar. It seems comparable to Green Dragon, but with a bit more depth and spice going on, and I think I like Kingsfoil even more. Granted, I'm still pretty new at this, so take my analysis wit a grain (or two) of salt
