Comoy's Cask #9 in a bent billiard marked LORD. Coincidental that your smoking “Lord” on Ascension Day Herb? By the way, Ascension Day is a national holiday in many parts of Europe. Didn’t know that until this morning.

Good Evening Again! It's 68° with a hazy sky as the sun is setting out here on the deck. I didn't feel like watching baseball with our cat, so I decided that a final pipe was a good idea. I'm feeling bushed from the day's chores and the trip to the hospital. After I clean up the kitchen, I'll hit the hay. Currently smoking yet more HH Pure VA Flake in the same Sav rusticated billiard and there's a bottle of ice water on the side. Time to check out the headline news.

Carter Hall in a Dr. Grabow Riviera billiard. I opened up the draft hole on this pipe and it smokes better than some of my more expensive pipes.

Good Morning! It's 57° here with a partly cloudy sky and one of the workshop doors is wide open. Just some laundry to do and this afternoon I'll go to the hospital and visit Janet. The smoking day has started with a bowl of Bayou Morning Flake in the BBB Two Star Special and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the tobacco table. Let's get ready for the weekend!

Good morning! Smoking some Carter Hall in a rusticated Dr. Grabow Grand Duke billiard. Drinking some JFG coffee; actually like this coffee better than the Brazilian dark roast that I have been drinking and it costs 1/3 the price, since I got it at the flea market.

Happy Friday, all. Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee on the back porch. It's 70 , overcast and a little breezy at times here. Expecting some rain today. I'm a bit tired and sore from yesterday's tree trimming, so today's a recovery day. Hope you all have a great day.

I hope your rest and recovery from the tree work goes well. I realized for myself a little while ago that I needed to quit thinking of physical projects as “that will just be a one day thing”, in reality they have often become two day things, one for the work and one for the recovery from the work. Yay aging. I’m smoking Haunted Bookshop Cake in a cob, no time for a more relaxing longer smoke at the moment.

Yorktown in the Old Dominion stack billiard...up late with the poison ivy blues. I know that you must be miserable. I've been there. I had to take 7 rounds of prednisone before I got over it. If it's covering a large area, you might want to get to the doctor. Regardless, I hope you recover soon.
