Still recovering from dental surgery. Ten more days before I can smoke. Sorry Pete, you’ll have to have another bowl for me please. 🤗👍 When I was in the Navy, they pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth in one sitting. They told me not to smoke. I smoked cigs at that time. I stuffed my mouth full of cotton and smoked. Never had a problem. Besides fixing a root canal gone wrong, that's the only dental surgery I've ever had though. |

Good Morning! It's 60° with a clear sky here at first light. This afternoon I have my physical therapist stopping by for what might be the last visit. Getting the smoking day going with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the 1950 Dunhill Lovat and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the tobacco table. Have a good and safe one, everybody!  |

Good Morning Again! It's 78° with lower humidity, a light breeze, an almost clear sky, and bright sunshine. Just right for sitting out here on the deck to read accompanied by me pipe and second travel mugga coffee. Currently smoking a bowl of Peterson Flake in the MM General cobwarden and enjoying the day.  |

Good Late Afternoon! It's 85° with a comfortable humidity level, a light breeze, and white clouds sailing along in the bright, sunny sky out here on the deck. Today was my last physical therapy appointment because I am no longer "house-bound". Yea! Currently smoking a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Dunhill Lovat and there's a glass of cold water on the side. Have a great night, everybody!

On the front porch with a bowl of Briar Fox in the Tuesday cob and a sparkling water. Rain just passed through the area, just enough to get everything wet. Including myself, as I was grilling chicken for dinner.

Rained little more while we ate dinner. Now, it's after-dinner smoke time. Haunted Bookshop in the Tuesday cob on the front porch. Bright sunshine now, but there's another storm cell on the way within an hour. Looks stronger than the last two on the radar.

It's 80° with a hazy, cloudy sky out here on the deck at sunset. We were going to watch the All-Star Game, but it seems that Directv is in a contract dispute with Fox Broadcasting and nothing can be watched on any of the Fox channels. That's okay. It's comfortable and quiet enough to sit outside and listen to some streaming light jazz and enjoy a pipe. Currently smoking a bowl of Peterson Flake in the Dunhill Lovat and there's a glass of water on the side. G'night, everybody!

Good Morning Again! It's 75°, breezy, humid, with a cloudy sky and occasional sunshine out here on the deck. We may get a thunderstorm sometime this afternoon. So far I feel comfortable enough to sit outside, read, and enjoy my pipe, but the a/c may have to get turned on in another hour or so when I go back in just to get rid of the humidity. Currently smoking a bowl of Limerick VA Flake in the MM Washington cob with an original Walker Forever stem and there's a second travel mugga coffee on the side.  |
