Had about a quart of mixed chiles (about 50% cayenne) fermenting for a couple weeks. I turned them into hot sauce. It's thicker than sauces like Tabasco or Red Hot, but not chunky. Similar heat level to those brands. That will be great. I wish I could taste your product.

My wife is a great utilitarian cook… in that I mean she did a fantastic job at cooking palate able meals as we raised a family, her meatloaf is a standout recipe that I have always looked forward to.
Much beyond that, when she ventures forth and I give advice, sharp reproof is coming my way.
She thinks anything cooked on the stovetop, requires the maximum heat level, even when cooking tortillas on a cast iron skillet… offwr advice and greeted with “I know how to cook” as the refrigerated tortillas cook at warp speed.
Learned a long time ago to keep your powder dry…I just cook most of the meals.
She excels in so many other avenues that this is an easily overlooked speed bump.😉

We have cast iron and stainless for that. We keep the non stick for eggs and creamy dishes. And she uses too high of temps on the range too, but she's coming around after 48 years.
