Gave in and went to the drug store and picked up a TENS device (transdermal electrical nerve stimulation). We'll see if that does any good.

How's that new chair working out? Great, actually. It's a huge improvement. (And a good thing that it is, given the cost.) Glad to hear it. I'm guessing you have had the back issues for along time?

After my last wreck the chiro used one on me 3x weekly for about 10 weeks. To get the good from it I had to get the tech to turn it up until I could barely stand it, but after a couple of minutes I could nap. We have a home unit that works great, but I can't find it when I need it. Good luck.

I've heard people say they're effective, but I wasn't expecting much. After 30 minutes, though, I could move a deal more without seizing up.

The kids came over for dinner yesterday and Sis and BIL joined us for an evening of pipe smoking, card playing and general fun.

She just told me that they now require a prescription to buy, no more over the counter purchases, but places like Offer Up are always an option for those inclined.

My Walgreens had a couple of different brands of them on the shelf.

Well, I spent a good few minutes looking, but I couldn't find my tin of Night Train or the supplies of aged OGS that Charlie, et al., sent me. They've gotta be in the tobacco closet, somewhere. I just didn't dig back far enough, I guess.
However, I did find a tin of my own OGS from Jan. of 21, which will do nicely, and some Scottish Flake, Luxury Twist Flake, and Davidoff Medallions. That ought to refill the emptying jars.

My guess...someone did something stupid and sued. support.quellrelief.com/hc/en-us

The moon was bright enough to read by 2 nights ago. They aren't as bright here as they are in West Texas, but the Milky Way can be impressive.

Fairly light workday. Still coaxing the back along, a bit. Grabbing a smoke before the wind and rain hits.

Plainsman, we haven't heard from you since you went into the deer woods. Eli didn't shoot you, did he? (We know how those Germans are.)

Hanging tough with my ankle and the ulcer that refuses to heal. This marks two years of wound care and it looks like shoes are in my future. Cardiologist on Thursday to check all the artery and vein work in my legs. Then Friday to wound care and hopefully a new doctor. Speaking of shoes, I chose Danner 2650 low tops they offer plenty of support and other things that sneakers do noy have. Have a blessed what ever with much love.

Oh, sorry. We are overrun with them, as well as hogs and squirrels. My buddy in central Texas has a lot of deer but he's just watched them so far. Can't bring himself to pull the trigger and he's always been a hunter from quail to Africa.

It's 54, cloudy, breezy and wet here. Decorating the cave for the Holidays. Yeah, yeah, I know. Made a mug of Constant Comment tea. Seems to go well with the activity. So does the pipe im smoking.
