Good Morning Again! It's 23° with a very light snowfall here right now. I'm about halfway through a bowl of Limerick Flake while sipping my coffee. Time to check the headline news.

Just lit up a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Don Carlos while slowly sipping my coffee and watching a streaming video on BritBox. I'll finish this pipe and then head back to the house. Enjoy your Saturday!

Started with Mac Baren Symphony this morning in a Great Dane Egg bent cob. Now smoking 2011 McClelland Legends in a Viking Classic bent Dublin. I’m still trying to figure out how I did this, but I meant to say 1999 McClelland #12 Oriental Mixture. Pretty sure I smoked the rest of the Legends last summer. Some association happened where I thought I swore I read Legends when I went to pack the bowl. For the life of me, I can’t find any. Tragedy.

I was going through my shape sorter, and the pipe seems to be chunkier than the author?

I cracked open a tin of GL Pease Lagonda to try. Having some in a Comoy's Guildhall pot: This Lagonda stuff is pretty good stuff. High latakia (for me), but very soft smoking. I could see this becoming my favorite lat blend.

Spending my second evening with a freshly opened quart jar from the darkness; it's labeled " Carolina Blue ", and the biggest portion of the mix is McClelland's Carolina Deluxe. I'm thinking I must have added enough 1Q to make a full jar. The good news is that tonight's smoke was more enjoyable than last night's, the flavor profile is much like Watch City 4Q, and I'll never need another pouch of C.B. Original...the pipe is a small, straight bulldog from Hickok. The coffee is blond, hot, and sweet.
