On my second bowl of OGS. I think I've found a new friend. 😎 I took much of the 1990’s off from pipe smoking, I truly picked it back up after popping a tin of OGS.

Stunning lines. 😍 I've been thinking about picking up a few 'famous' US otc blends on my next order, Carter Hall and Walter Raleigh for sure, anything else you'd recommend? I honestly haven't tried that many of them. I'd recommend Amphora. I get their Virginia blend, but the more famous one is an aromatic just called "Amphora". I tried Velvet and wasn't much taken with it. Others here can probably make better recommendations. Hey, can I just add a vote for Amphora's Burley Blend, and those 7oz cans of Granger. Oh my goodness, they're not to be missed.

How's the wing? Any better?

Oh my goodness, they're not to be missed. I haven't tried either of them, not being much of a burley smoker. Granger seems to be one that people either really like or really don't, and only being able to get it in 7-oz. tins makes it a bit of a risk to try. Amphora's blends come in those inexpensive 2-oz. pouches. Makes it easier.

How's the wing? Any better? Thanks for asking Urb, it’s actually doing good for light duty tasks. I can hold a pipe with it again. 😃 Going to have surgery soon, so it will heal up in time for some trips I have planned.

Good Morning! It's 28° here with a clear sky and moonlight. Well, I did get the GFCI on the deck to reset yesterday after some airing out, but it conked out again right after I got into the workshop earlier so now power. I'm thinking that I should replace it. The circuit breaker in the workshop doesn't trip, so it has to be a problem with the GFCI. Some more testing is in order. Good thing it's not the dead of Winter! Anyway, I'm all bundled up in my blankets in the dark and starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Don Carlos smooth bent Two Note with a fresh mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Just lit up a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Don Carlos while slowly sipping my coffee and watching a 1949 crime movie on YouTube.

Good morning all. Having a bowl of Bosun’s Cut Plug in a castello Perla Nero bent billiard. We’re socked in with rain all day. The weatherman was saying some parts around here are over twice their expected rainfall for the year, and it doesn’t surprise me.
Hope you all have a great day!
