In a G. Vecchio full bent brandy, another stab at Captain Black Copper, with some evening coffee. The tobacco spent the day resting in a milk-glass dish, and now, packed with a firmer hand, the sauce aspect seems more calm...we'll see.

Decided on something different halfway through the last bowl. I'm having Brown Clunee in a self-made, rusticated, slightly bent billiard. Still on the front porch. Nice sunset tonight.

Good Saturday Morning! It's 56° with a clear sky here at first light. Nothing much planned for this afternoon so I'll make a few phone calls and watch baseball on TV. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Upshall smooth quarter-bent Dublin and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great weekend everybody!

Good morning, smoking Inns of Court in a Peterson Apple. It’s a bright sunny day here now that the storm has cleared the coast. I have a pretty clear agenda today, so it’ll be nice to relax. Have a good one all!

Happy Saturday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Saturday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's a cool 65, sunny and breezy here. I'll be getting back to doing some more yardwork in a little while.

Good Afternoon! It's 72°, breezy, and with a mix of dark blue sky, sunshine, and large white clouds out here on the deck. Another beautiful day! Now that our landlord has finished mowing the lawn, I can sit and enjoy the quiet. Smoking a bowl of Wessex Brown VA Flake in the Stanwell Silver Mount blasted billiard while listening to streaming music and there's a glass of cold water on the side.

Having another bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the Saturday cob on the back deck. Picking vegetables from the garden. I hope you are getting the fruit of your efforts. My garden this year has been a battle ground. Between fighting the chipmunks, and rabbits I only got two large tomatoes and about a dozen cherrie tomatoes. The blighters ate the entire Jalapeño and Thai Chili pepper plants. I thought they did not like the hot stuff.

Jalapeños are producing some, but the plants are weak.

I can remember getting plants that produced so much that I was always giving them away. The past several years they have been pitiful. I would need to plant three times as many to get the same yield from a single old plant. I think I will be trying something different next year.

That Vintage flake in the Ardor saxophone ended up being an hour and forty minute smoke with one relight out on the patio. Have to find some lunch.

Yesterday's smoking digest
AM: None. I slept in and then went hiking
Happy Hour: Haunted Bookshop in the Savinelli 123
Late Night: Pressed 2010 OJK in the Rossi 8334
Beautiful today here in Denver. Nice rain and nearly cold yesterday. Cleaned out the wildfire air. Today bright sunny and a nice cool breeze.
Heading out soon for a homebrew of Two Timer and unflavored Green River cav (pressed) + Dark Fired, mature red VA+ Perique, most likely in the Savinelli 123.
