Good Morning! It's 71° with a cloudy sky here before first light. The toilet seat has successfully been installed, so this afternoon I'm going to do some laundry and just goof off. Beginning the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Don Carlos smooth bent Two Note and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a good one everybody! Whew! I wasn't sure where that was headed! Ha! It works as advertised.

Whew! I wasn't sure where that was headed! Ha! It works as advertised. This has been the most satisfying project yet documented on the Patch.

Smoking some Riverboat Gambler in my pauls cayuga pipe. I struggled really bad wanting a drink today. It was a rough day and night. I'm proud of myself for putting the bottle back on the shelf at the store. Alcoholism is real and it's hard I'm breaking generational curses and it's not easy. Tomorrow is a new day. Hope yall have a good night. Respect to you, man. Much respect. Thanks, Urb I appreciate that alot. I hope you have a good day.

Just lit up a bowl of Limerick Flake in the MM General cobwarden. This is such a fine tobacco... smooth, deep, and rich. Time to sip some more coffee and check the headline news.

Happy Thursday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 67, partly sunny with a light breeze off the lake. It'll be cooler and drier than it has been the past couple days. I'll be out in the garden and maybe mow the lawn today.

Good Afternoon! It's 83° with an almost clear sky, bright sunshine, and a light breeze out here on the deck. Listening to streaming soft music while smoking a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the MM Washington 5th Avenue cob. A glass of cold water and my waiting book are on the side.

Out and about for a couple hours with my wife this afternoon. Had some Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob while driving. Now, it's after-dinner smoke time. More Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob on the front porch with a beer.

Good Morning! It's 65° with a clear, starry sky here before first light and the high temperature will be in the lower 90°s. This afternoon I have to make a BJ'S run to pick up our grocery order. My first smoke of the day is, as usual, a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a good one everybody!

Happy Friday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 74, very humid and mostly cloudy here. It'll get into the upper-80s with storms this afternoon. Here we go again. I'll get out to the garden in a bit to check on things.

Good Late Morning! It's already 84° with a partly hazy sky and bright sunshine out here on the deck. Today's high temperature will be in the mid 90°s, so I thought that I would get in another pipe before it gets too much warmer. Currently smoking a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the Stanwell Silver Mount blasted billiard while listening to streaming soft music. My book and cooled-off leftover coffee are on the side.

Hope yall have a good night. Good work, mate. I'm proud of you too. I quit 15 years ago. I was fortunate to not be an alcoholic. I was worse. I was just a stinking no excuse drunk. At the peak I was going through 2 handles of Evan Williams on a slow week. I finally stopped trying to moderate and just quit entirely. It was life shifting. My whole adult personality was built around booze. People were shocked. I lost friends (actually just drinking buddies) As Jason Isbell sings "The nights are dry as dust. But I'm letting my eyes adjust". They do eventually. I rarely think about booze these days (we'll except for Rum Flake.) 😂 You proved to yourself you're the boss. Anytime an experienced ear would be helpful hit my messages here. You rock.
