had a lovely evening by our fire pit smoking MacBaren HH Dark Fired Flake in a MM bent Mark Twain. And what did you think of this Maggie? One of my all time favorites.
I liked it really well. Can't wait until I can order a tin of Orlik Dark Fired Kentucky. I think it was the dark fired Kentucky that I liked in the War Horse blends and what is drawing me away from most aromatics (except cherry and black cavendish ) I think it works perfectly sitting around a campfire, lol.

Half way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

Last smoke of the night and in AZ for this trip. Karl Erik bent Freehand smooth sides with a rusticated top, with Tsuge Ryujin. Leaving at sunrise with the Harley Sportster back to Chicago for the summer. If all goes as planned, tomorrow nights smoke will be in Santa Fe New Mexico !
