I've been looking for any references to this old blend because I used to buy it in the mid-60's...Found this tin ad...It was made at the Tobacco Shop which was my favorite place when I started smoking a pipe....The blend was a nice burley, virginia, latakia to the best of my memory...I used to buy it by the pouch.....Right now, I'm smoking my own light to medium english in an 80's meerschaum bent billiard and watching the Red Sox vs the Phillies. www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1926-hadley-park-pipe-tobacco-canister-excellent Don't think this link is working...I'll see.

For my commute this morning it was Carter Hall in a beater cob and Community coffee, neat. A lot of rain and a little thunder and lightening meant Stormy was around last night. I hear he is going to hang around the area all week :-). Yep I love Florida!! Would you have a couple of bowls of Sir Walter. I could bum?? Finally made it home. I hate HVAC change outs in stores. Everyone wants to stop and ask questions about their AC. OGS in a savinelli venere bulldog. Ice tea. Yep, I'll leave it under the usual stone in front along with some more PCs in a zip lock.
Commute in this morning (still drizzling) with Half & Half in a Dr. G Westie and Community coffee, neat on the side. These Westbrooks make excellent commuter pipes, light weight and easily clenchable.
