Heavy fog on the West Coast of the Dark Continent this morning. Weather appropriate bowl of Smoker's Haven Krumble Kake in an estate Keyser prince. Cats are mistaking Latakia for catnip and are all over and around me. Coffee, then tea.

Having started today's pipe smoking with a bowl of Low Country Natural Va, and Burley, then a bowl of C&D's Crooner, I am now smoking some of Low Country's Strawberry. The bag says: Equal measures of black Cavendish and bright Virginia leaf are met with the flavors of coumarin vanilla and strawberry, making for a delightfully sweet smoke. All those other flavors blend in to be dominated by the strawberry. Open the bag, you smell strawberry. Smoke the stuff, you smell and taste strawberry. It's a good thing I really like strawberry flavor and aroma. Those of you who say "I don't smoke aromatics", I don't care. I bought it for me to smoke, not you.
