I have a number of them. The Quiet Man, I Am The Law with Edward G. Robinson (they play up Robinson's pipe smoking in this movie), the Rathbone and Bruce Sherlock Holmes series, Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House, Here Comes the Groom with Bing Crosby, etc., etc. Let's read your favorites.

Up in smoke starring Cheech Marin and Thomas Chong.😀
For a few dollars more with Lee Van Cleef.
If this was a tobacco chewers forum I would have to say The outlaw Josey Wales.

I would have to go with the Rathbone and Bruce Holmes series. Had to think a few minutes but favorite pipe books jumped right into my head: The Fu Manchu books by Sax Rohmer. Sir Denis Neland Smith, the man chasing Fu Manchu, smoked a strong Latakia blend throughout every book.

A modern favorite of mine is: O'Horten (2008). Directed by Bent Hamer with Bard Owe in the lead role. A distaff, black humor look at the modern world and how Mr. Horton was squeezed out of it. There is a very nice scene of Odd going to a beautiful Norwegian pipe shop and selecting a new pipe.

I like the old classics, but this year AMC featured an American Drama series "The Son" starring Pierce Brosnan. Pierce sports a bent billiard with metal band in many scenes and he appears to be an accomplished pipe smoker, not just using it as a prop.

The Wind in the Willows ... pipes, cigars and snuff all in a children friendly, fun cartoon.
