G&H Louisiana Perique in a Peterson Donegal Rocky B33 bent Dublin sitter. That is a killer pipe, Bruce. I love everything about that one. Perfect for that Perique!

Thanks very much. ...both are very similar to me...perhaps the plug is a bit more complex and has a little more floral taste, and has a bit of an edge to it...I just prefer the plug version. Of course, both are great tobaccos...

I'll be getting ready for the trip home soon and for the ride I have McClelland's Dark Star vintage 1995 in a Castello Great Line Fancy Dublin with a silver band. Pure Leaf ice tea will be my drink.
What a beauty! Thanks, she smokes fantastic too!

G&H Louisiana Perique in a Peterson Donegal Rocky B33 bent Dublin sitter. That is a killer pipe, Bruce. I love everything about that one. Perfect for that Perique! G&H Louisiana Perique is most similar to G.L.Peace's Stonehenge. Without the packaging, if in a blind taste test I'd not know the difference. True they are different, but my old nose and taste buds aren't up to the job. As for the pipe, it smokes well with whatever I put into it, within reason. shite tobacco will still be shite tobacco. I now have some of the Low Country Natural Virginia and Burley, with a large Star Wars coffee mug of strong coffee.

Setting on the desk was a pipe full of last night's DGT. Remembering it was some Gawith,Hoggarth & Co. Ennerdale Flake I decided to light it up rather than the other pipe with Low Country Nat. VA. & Burley. The pipe this time is a Peterson Kildare sandblasted bent billiard, XL90. It is also a good smoking pipe.
