I'm predictable as always.
Just got home from a round of golf with my neighbor. We were smoking Arturo Fuente's...
Maduro Curly Heads and 858's.

Working through some neglected cigars from one of those humidor samplers I got about 3 years ago. Today it's Gurkha Beauty. It's okay, but as with many Gurkhas, it's everything you'd expect - and less.

I feel the same way about them ... always expect more than they seem to deliver.

Pulled this from way back of the humidor. Yeah...gimmicky I know but the flavor is fantastic. These were from Padilla back in the day. Got about 15 more and smoke one once every summer. Today is the day. Wish I had more. Smokes very well with a razor sharp burn.

Morning Coffee, iced, but no bergs two day of no smoking I am having my first bowl in my trusty snub-nose bent meer by Salim The bowl is filled with Brigadier Black Alamo. Freshly opened can. No air time. Burns perfectly, so far. Taste is everything I want in a non-savory (bacon, meat candy) aro. No bite. This rookie just made the starting lineup with CH, Corn Cob~~Button Nose (alternating with other savory), and an English to be named.

I just don't have high expectations for big name cigars. I seem to enjoy them more that way.😜

I have had a few great LFD sticks recently. The Andalusian bull and the TAA pictured were both very good but I just ordered a box of the Air Bender Chisel Maduros from LFD, they are my current favorite stick.

Those were Dominican fillers, heavy on the Ligero, in a PA Oscuro binder ... no wrapper.
