I finished off the McC 2035 Dark Navy Flake in the MM Diplomat 5th Ave from last night. I tried a bowl of it before jarring to compare it to Dark Star & it was good, but not as good as Dark Star. The 8 months of age made a really big difference bringing it closer to the taste I liked in Dark Star. I'll need to get some more & age it longer.
5 Bros. in the MM Ozark Maple with a glass of ice tea, watching the car race at Watkins Glen.

Enjoying the humid yet breezy afternoon with a bowl of Raspberry VA in a bent MM Country Gent. Trying it with no filter, and while the draw is certainly more open than I'm used to, she's burning along nicely! Vanilla Coke is my drink of choice today. Happy Saturday pipes, all!

Radice Rind with FM Across the pond with a touch of Quite Nights That didn't make the bowl last night. About half way through and it's not bad. It's burning well. Only match was the char light and a light tamp every so often. I've even set it down a few times for a few minutes

I just opened a tin of Hearth and Home Armada. I don't remember when I got it. Maybe a year ago, maybe less. Either way I should have gotten more. I'm enjoying it in the Royal House LTD. Lost Brown Trout from 3rd Street Brewing on the side.

I swear they have a 6th sense when it comes to waking sick kids. Just fired up some Navigator in the vintage Grabow Viking. Still sipping on the same Brown Ale.
