Lunch, Lomo Saltado. Dinner? No idea. Can't think of what I want to eat. I'm leaning towards some plain old Taco Bell tacos with fire sauce. That idea makes me feel guilty though.

Nope, order by the pound in bulk version. With every pound you purchase store 12 .oz and smoke 4 .oz. then when your 4 .oz starts to deplete order another pound and start the same process. Worked well for me in building my well stocked cellar πππ Also I find this blend is excellent in bulk form, Iβm extremely picky!!! Example: Medal of Valor & Dunhill Nightcap for me are horrendous in bulk, wouldnβt smoke them for FREE. Thereβs a number of tobaccoβs I only smoke in tin version, which is most of my blends even cellared.

Ham fried black and topped with worchester and onions accompanied by stewed lentils and some leftover cauliflower, sweet pea, and carrot yellow curry. Cleaning the plate with some nice crusty rye from Panera.

Ahh... just finished a New York Strip dinner with my 8 year old. He picked the meal, I cooked it. Medium rare for me, medium for him. Corn on the cob and a loaded baked potato on the side.

The larger Ace Hardware stores have them. I don't know about Walmart, but it's possible. Amazon is probably your best bet. I have had one for 13 years and never used it, but I still have hope.

Ronv69 and toshtego - check them out (or in Ron's case, use it). The ad that was playing in the shop I got mine showed clips of people cooking meat on it. I wouldn't do that, personally. I think the BBQ grill is perfect for that...but for the veg. It's great. I used to cook the veg on skewers which was fine, but this is so much easier and the veg comes out great. I throw some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the veg and then add some garlic granules and some all-purpose seasoning along with some chilli flakes. mix it up, pour the lot in the pan and voila. I'm glad I purchased it.

Makes a lot of sense.
Cooking meant and vegetable skewers looks great, but in execution, doesn't work so well unless you have done scientific calculations on meat thickness to vegetable ratio on a known cooking temperature.
It is a lot easier to get the meat mostly where you want it, toss the vegetables in the pan just enough to carmelize the sugars on the onions, and cook the bell peppers where they are softened but not mush....don't even start me on the small potatoes.

I just wanted to add...if you do cook on skewers, just do the meat first, and the vegetables afterwards (they only take a few minutes on a hot grill)...it still has a great presentation, but the quality of the end product is much better. Small potatoes...wrap in foil with butter start the same time as the meat, continue cooking with the vegetables, if Jupiter aligns with Mars (which does happen), you can look like the bbq stud.
