As of 9:00 pm yesterday absolutely nothing! Also nothing this morning, having an early morning procedure and Labs by one of my doctors shortly. Should be a thrilling morning!

after this...Schwan toaster pancakes w.sausage links. Can't handle coffee in any form so breakfast drink...store brand hot cocoa.

I had steaks on the BBQ. Earlier had coffee, white chocolate and walnut cake that I made yesterday for my wife's birthday. For a first go I was happy.  |

It’s before 4:00am in NC and I have a dry mouth. So along with a pipe I just went downstairs and got myself pint of one of my favorite ice creams.........Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey👍👍👍

Chappell Hill (Tx) Pork and Venison sausage simmered for 8 hours in sauerkraut with sweet peppers and white wine. Delicious!
