Pot roast, mashed potatoes, carmeled carrots and sweet tea. Sounds like Schweeettie came through for you and prepared just what you needed. Fixed some tuna salad for me and the wife...baby got her share of tuna without the mayo and onions....as always everyone was happy with their end of the deal....specially lil miss sugar toes. How could I resist this face?

"shoulder bacon" from a local smokehouse here in NH. It's like a thin, really smoky and salty ham steak. It was great.

Just back from Dos Gallos Mexican restaurant. I ordered carnes asada, but she heard carne guisada. Which was just fine anyway. Had Carne Asada on Friday while in Taos. Hard to best. Guisada is good, too, although here it is called "Chile Colorado".
