Poplar camp in the malaga pot with a tim west replacement stem. Orange creme soda on the side. Thunderstorm just blew in at a million miles an hour listening to the rain and the wind.

What could be more fitting than Viprati in a Viprati Fiamata author of very generous proportions? End of pot #2 of PG Tips, black, of course.
Ahhh, not a Newb any more!

That bowl full didn't last much longer than a fart in a whirlwind. I now have more C&D Crooner in a Missouri Meerschaum Mark Twain, bent.

Plain old Newminster Navy Flake in A Choquin Regate Billiard. I must find a new mixture to try. Thinking about C&D's Yorktown but dare I take a chance? "Do I dare Disturb the universe? In a minute there is time For decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse." Sorry, Mr. Elliot. Tosh, Yorktown is in tin and bulk, and it sounds pretty good. By the time I finish typing this the future will be the past Philosopher!

Following a nice super of Hungarian Goulash made with elk, from a recipe published by Viking Cruises, and irrigated with New Belgium Brewery's Voodo Ranger IPA, a bowl of Peter Stokkebye's Highland Whisky in a Hardcastle Jack O'London Canadian. Now settling in to watch a couple of season's worth of "Longmire".

After dinner smoke of CarterHall in a MM Country Gent. A diet Shasta cola on the side. Will shortly be watching a few alternating episodes of Wagon Train and Rawhide. Keep them dogies movin' and the embers burning.

If you are pondering Yorktown, but live near a TB, give it a try. "Nothing in the world is so bad as something that is not so bad"

After deciding to start my days with Five Brothers things are going smoothly. Taste buds setting up nicely.
All the times I have tried Middleton Apple over 45 years the only apple I found was on the picture. That changed today. I had some in my Mr. Brog and actually tasted apple!
Then it was onto Hickory Match.
In a few minutes it will be Virginia Gold Black and Gold in my Ebeneezer Rhodesian
That's all the news that's fit to print here, save I am in the middle of reading Archie Comics while listening to Jean Michel Jarre's Le Concerts in Chine
Do I need to say that water is my drink? Since I am spoiling myself rotten today I am drinking it out of a clean container

I have some Mixture 79 in the MM Mark Twain bent. Tamping and relighting. Regardless of what others may say, I'm enjoying the Mixture 79. It's sweet and spicy, full of flavor. Still sipping iced tea!

Just jarred up my 3 tins of Tsuge Fujin (The Wind God), so I'm enjoying that in the M.T. Natural. And since it's IPA night here at 'The Patch', I have a Sky-Five from Bauhaus in the glass.

Now that sounds groovy, Billy (meaning I understood it). Xuan has been very nice not to give me trouble over my smokes today, so even though I feel like another bowl I am calling it quits for the night.

Just finished a bowl of Father Dempsey in an RC Sands rustic bent billiard. Spent the late afternoon picking up jasper pieces and nodules north of Green River, Utah. Great Mexican food in town, then a campfire and my first pipe after a 30 day abstinence due to a dental implant. Shining times.

I cannot sleep. So I loaded up a bowl of Peretti D-9507 in a rusticated Peterson Donegal Rocky, bent bulldog with a diagonal band and vulcanite p-lip stem. It's been a while since I've smoked this blend.
