Well... The stuff over the mountains in this pic is Nevada Blue, that beautiful blue sky we have most of the time. We welcomed it back today after a couple of days of well needed moisture blew through. So in honor of the BLUE, I had some Captstan Blue in this little Grabow Duke. Neat little pipe, just right for this precious tobacco.

What a beautiful day here today. High in the upper 60's, hardly any wind. Tee'd em up with 3 buddies today on Pinehurst # 3 @ 2pm, practically had the entire course to ourselves, not waiting on anyone throughout the entire round. As far as my tobacco indulgences? Why MM 965 of course! About 6 or 8 bowls. In my designated Golfin Zulu. After getting home and making dinner for Blondie I've found my way up to the mancave and am now catching up on emails, sippin Glenrothes, neat, and enjoying a delightful bowl of BriarWorks Peach Cobbler in the designated Peach Cobbler Pipe, the Yello Bole Apple with saddle stem.

clay pipes came in today. had some of my own Mentals Note in the German Tavern Clay Churchwarden a little while ago. How did it smoke? Bowl got hot, but it smoked dry. The flavor of the Matured Red Virginia Cavendish was more pronounced than in any of my other pipes. All in all, I'm a fan!
