This recipe is for a four to five pound hen. Just multiply for Turkey. 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons Paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried Sweet Basil 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 3/4 teaspoon White Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme 1/2 teaspoon Ground Savory 1 roasting Chicken 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, divided 1 large Onion, chopped 1/4 – 1/3 cup Flour 2 cups Chicken Stock 4- 6 cups Stuffing
