Mine would have to be Speed Racer and then Wacky Races, with Dick Dastardly and Muttley!

A 40-way tie between GI Joe, Transformers, Ninja Turtles, Heathcliff, Inspector Gadget, G-Force, Dino Riders, Toxic Avengers, Duck Tales, Rescue Rangers, Inhumanoids, The Real Ghostbusters, Thundercats, Silver Hawks, MASK, Voltron, Gargoyles, Jetsons, Flintstones, Defenders of the Earth, Dungeons & Dragons, Popeye, Loony Tunes, Doug, Smurfs, Centurions, Scooby, He-Man... The 80s- early 90s were an awesome time to be a kid. A montage of cartoon intros if anyone else in the 30-40 range is feeling nostalgic. 80s Cartoon Intros

Heck, I remember Farmer Gray, then Crusader Rabbit but the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show was the best. Moose and squirrel, Mr. Peabody and Fractured Fairy Tales.

Rocky and Bullwinkle. After that, it was The Bugs Bunny Show, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, The New Adventures of Superman, Space Ghost, Jonny Quest, Flintstones, Wacky Races, and Hot Wheels.

Mine was 8th man, a pre-Speed Racer toon with much the same artwork and seemingly American voices to dub. It has some issues as to being sort of banned today. It was in B&W and he got his power from smoking cigs. See below
Also, there was a lovable mutt named Q who would turn into a Fedora Wearing Cigar Smoking Sheamus to solve crimes. I have only found 30 second clips of it. With 8th man, almost all eppies are availble

I remember trying to figure out what Popeye was saying under his breath. I swear that Popeye had a stroke! It's the only way to explain why he kept putting up with Olive Oil. Now Wimpy is a character I can get behind.

Rocky and Bullwinkle for me, then anything Looney Toons. Younger, I loved Mighty Mouse. We're talking '50s and' 60s for me.

Rocky and Bullwinkle, The Ruff And Reddy Show, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Woody Woodpecker, Bugs Bunny, and Popeye, Foghorn Leghorn, Tweety, RoadRunner, Felix the Cat, The Flintstones, and the Jetsons, to name a few.
It's a shame that the kids today are subjected to basic garbage compared to the old greats.

Oh, though it got pulled because it was considered advertising, Hot Wheels. Could use more like that these days. Teach kids to admire something other than Duke Nukem and Castle Wolfenstein

Speed racer and Bullwinkle top 2, followed closely by Tom and Jerry and Mighty Mouse. Scott Bradley's sounds and music for Tom and Jerry still feel so spot on. The new version of Tom and Jerry is pretty good too.
