Now smoking Ted’s Pipe Shoppe British Imperial in a black pebble finish straight 2003 Cavicchi C. Fatto A Mano lovat with a black acrylic stem. A cup of Maxwell House, neat, is my drink. Still snowing a little. Looks like we got around seven inches of the white stuff, and I can't find anybody to have a snowball fight with, the bunch of cowards! did the cats watch the snowfall and swat at snowflakes behind the windowpane? Suzy and Molly did watch the snow fall until they got bored. Molly seems to get puzzled and nervous when she sees snow. Relaxing after a wonderful chicken enchiladas dinner with a bowl of vintage VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink. Watching The Forty-Niners starring Bill Elliot and Harry Morgan. |

Maybe I should post a few more of my RobE pipes soon in order to induce vapor lock in your brain trying to decide what to get next.  RobE is working on getting a table in the main vendor hall at the Chicago Show in May. I know that Chicago is farther for you than Columbus, but RobE will be there and you would also get to meet JimInks in person... For the last two Chicago Shows, I stopped past RobE's shop on Thursday morning on my way to Chicago and picked up his case of pipes to show for him until he got there mid-day on Friday. I will admit that it was tempting to head for the border with the case full of new RobE pipes instead of going to the Show...
LOL! unfortunately, until hubby retires I don't think we will make it to the Chicago show as it tends to be the same weekend hubby has drill in May every year. Including this one. It is a goal, though! I am considering trying to hit the TAPS show, that a 2-4 because I should get to meet Dino and Jim

Firing up the tankard with the Mississippi River Reserve and doing some serious contemplating on pouring some Monkey Shoulder to help get through this barrage! Gidget said you two should be careful or I might start singing some 50's songs... been listening to some on Youtube with headphones and didn't realize I was singing along. She was quick to remind me, lol. |
