Still hitting the nighttime in the early wee hours. Amphora Original Blend in a Sasieni-made Royal Stuart billie. I've no way to confirm this, but I suspect that this is among the oldest Royal Stuarts. Something about the style reminds me of similar smaller billies from the late 20s and early 30s.

Just finished an early-morning smoke of H&H Prince Andrew in a Sunrise Amber Grain Dublin. Drinking Maxwell House coffee and diet Pepsi. This is like Friday for me since I'm on a 4-day work week. So I am excited for the weekend.

CBW in a MM Legend.
For the life of me, I don't understand the hate for CBW. It isn't my go-to, but it certainly doesn't suck and I enjoy an occasional bowl. I don't see much difference in this and Lane 1-Q. I guess maybe my palate isn't very refined...

A bowl of Angler’s Dream in a Joh’s Billiard. This is one of the lesser known blends that deserves far greater recognition. Jiminks introduced me to it some years ago, and his advice was sound. This is an easygoing all-day smoke, not particularly complex, but feels nice and smooth on the tongue, with a pleasant burley main note with an interesting topnote of cinnamon.
