Fcps double fudge brownie the 2017 club blend. I need to get some more of this stuff. I'm drinking pg tips.. I think. Ok yep cool tea works perfect with this blend. This cup of tea has been in the contigo outside in 20 degree temps since 11 am. Still not frozen or cold just slightly cooler than room temp. Love those vacuum insulated cups.

Opened my first pouch of John Bull. Cool reading up and finding out that he was (is) England's version of Uncle Sam.
Anyway. Tin note... Not so hot. I get that dog-food note that Super Value English has. I bet my soul that they enhance it with liquid smoke topping to make up for the weaker Latakia that is used.
Smoking the tobacco is also the same, which is to say- very good. Smooth, flavourful, and interesting. I'm not even going to bastardize this blend by prefacing my opinion with "For The Money". It's good. This is an all day English style blend that could sell for more in a prettier tin.

Packing the Royalton to the gills with some Exotic Orange.
I was smoking it earlier and when the roomie got home I said "Dude. You gotta smell this new baccy" and he said "I dont need to. I can smell the smoke in the room. It smells the way heaven probably smells." Haha. I guess I lucked out on a housemate as far as being a pipesmoker is concerned.
Also: That John Bull was good till the end. It burned fast and got cigarettey, but also developed some nice herbed-butter notes. All in all, it's good. I wouldn't blink if a guy said all he smoked was Bull in a cob, but to be realistic... It's no Black House.

Sleet and ice coming down hard now. We'll be in the mid 60s by Wednesday. Last smoke of the night is Watch City Slice in a 1/4 bent blasted Prehistoric GBD 549 bulldog, drinking mineral water with lemon and watching Magnum P.I. on COZI TV.
