The usual hearty (for me at least) breakfast of a Panera cranberry buttered bagel and a carrot nut muffin, with Costa Rica Cartago coffee from Cafe Britt on the side. All followed by my Sunday inaugural bowl, which is filled with Sutliff: Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend, in the Charatan's Make Special Billiard 4420X (1961-1965). Happy Sunday, thou pipefolk!

Almost a quarter way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of 7-UP is my drink. Stormy's left the area today. The sun is out, and Suzy and Molly are looking out the window for anything that moves. I'm watching the Olympics and getting the den straightened up a little before my niece and her husband come over to visit this afternoon.

Just waking up to a cup of coffee (muddy and sweet), but want to wish everyone a good Sunday. All of those that have value added posts with greetings, info on their surroundings, and other things make for good morning happiness reading. More and more clubbers here are doing that, making this a delightful and informative thread. So thanks to you all.
I figured out the pipe for my first bowl, but not the tobacco. Later on that, as I am still wiping the sleep out of my eyes. Cheer up Sleepy Jeannie

Five Brothers in an unfinished Ukrainian bent apple with wooden stem. I am using the same pouch as the one #6 ( scrooge) gifted me. He wrote on the pouch that it was his favorite blend and I concurred how good it was. So, I keep the 5bros pouch and refill it when empty. And since then scrooge is #6 brother. Signed #7

Edward g robinson called to me as my after lunch smoke and it required a long smoke so its smoldering in the RobE Hurricane or as he dubbed it an abstract exploration. Its a wonderful monster of a long shanked pipe with a deep bowl and wonderful blast.

Having gone back and forth between Astley's No. 44 & 109, I tend to prefer No. 109. Both are marvelous, but No. 44 is a bit more laborious to tame down it's abundant richness (akin to trekking through dense thickets), whereas No. 109 having almost the identical flavor profile is a relaxed carefree frolick across a field of clover.
Done painting the exterior roof soffits, overhangs, and drips; raking the leaves, and trimming back the green overgrowth... screw the rest - I'm done for the day... now watching Wonder Woman, 2017 w/feet up...
