Dutch Chocolate (see below) in my scrooge Rhodesian I took my Legendary Tobacco Burger apart before it grew legs and started walking out to destroy Saint Louis (I may regret not letting it go). It had several sweet flavors and extracts, Chocolate, Allspice, Maple, etc., along with Latakia, Perique, Oriental Leaf. I mixed it with a few OTC chocolate tobaccos. No matter that it was 9:1 in favor of the added chocolate tobacco the Lat comes through stronger than ever, even more smoky and exotic having mixed with the chocolate. Thing is, this is almost more like one of those English/Chocolate blends that someone makes. This one may truly be worthy of a lat lover

McClelland's Amaretto Amore in a Norm Triptow modded MM reject. These McClelland's aros are scientifically designed not to offend, or even to make an impression on anyone, including the smoker. If the Grand Marnier is the same, I think that I will put them in the same jar, maybe dump in a bag of Virginia and a bag of perique. Then send it to JimInks to see if he can figure it out.

MacB Scottish Mixture (about 6 months in a jar) in a Yello Bole straight smooth dublin with stinger made of brylon. Smokes well, as long as you don't touch it. Were I closer to the coast I could fry an egg in it for Monsieur Jim of I.N.K.S.

It's been a while since I've had some C&D Poplar Camp (the jar has been sealed for about 10 months now) so I am going to smoke some in the Stanwell 2012 POY with some Pfriem Citrus Zest IPA along side. Its a great brewery up on the Columbia River that offers quite a number of styles of ales, etc. I've been enjoying their Extra Pale Ale in that 16oz (500ml) bottle from Trader Joe's. I'll have to pick-up the Citrus Zest next time I'm over that a way... www.pfriembeer.com/Definitely get this one Mark. One of the better IPA's I've had recently. As you said, they are a great brewery!

Which tobacco in what pipe? The usual question. I have stuffed some C&D Crooner in a "The Smoke" pipe.

McClelland's Grand Marnier in a Zenith Old Mokum ceramic pipe with more iced tea on the side. This one has a little more flavor than the last two. Not a bad smoke.

Pork chops, home grown, with weisswurst in the slow cooker with sauerkraut and sliced raw cabbage, sliced apples, leeks, a little apple cider vinegar and caraway seeds. House smelling good about now.

Autumn Evening in a Comoy's Academy Award. I keep trying to like C&D blends, but I think I'm finally going to throw the last few bowls of this one into my Maple Mania leftovers jar - an unholy amalgamation of Tinder Box Honey Maple, McC Town Topic, and SPS Maple Street. Better than the sum of the parts!
