For some reason I'm listening to the Rocky Soundtrack. You coming to Philadelphia?? A MUST watch video Such a powerful song that speaks to anyone going thru tough times or worse. One of his best songs really. Won an Oscar for best original song and four Grammy's.

Remember, if Echo, Alexa or even Siri is “ on “ in the background, your private conversations in your home can be heard by others!! Both Apple and Samsung were able to to watch your every move without you being aware. Samsung actually used just “ one pixel “ on their screen.....now that’s scary! BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING! In the thread of "what are you listening to" this comes under the category of "what is listening to you".

I am listening to Beethoven String Quartets, performed by Takacs. Beautiful beyond words. No. 14 if you need to know.

Something unique for me, from a long/short story I read. The title grabbed me: "The Man Who Liked Dickens." The author was Evelyn Waugh, writer of "The Loved One", which only partially interested me in High School. Because it was about Dickens I gave it a shot. It's a deep jungle story that gripped me till the end, and I have not stopped thinking about it in six months. I had to search for the title again and found out it was also done as an Old Time Radio Show.... four different times. I am just into this. I don't think a half hour radio play will suffice, but I offer the link and suggest you search the title. This was in a pulp magazine, and it qualifies as a pulp thriller. This page has the play info and links to hundreds of other OTR shows www.oldtimeradiodownloads.com/thriller/suspense/the-man-who-liked-dickens-1947-10-09

I just spent the afternoon on the side of a tree hunting whitetail listening to a gusty 20 mph wind. It was wonderful and loud. I forgot how much the woods makes me feel at peace. I did succeed in today's hunt, I culled a 6 mo lame button buck that wouldnt have made it through an encounter with coyotes. Small deer, but will eat good and tender.

Love that song. If you look at the songs made in that year you'll find songs like Brandy, and a ton of One-Offs. Summer Breeze brings back a lot of memories. Thanks
