My ALL time favorite Rock Group.......The Doors Greatest Hits I took my students from Palmetto High School to see The Doors at what was then Dinner Key Auditorium...he had to drop his drawers that night...next day in the local newspaper, there was my picture, eyes glowing red, with a smile on my face...Administration was not pleased, as they say in the Main Office.

Hobo Jim - Where Legends Are Born
He is well known in Alaska, that's where I met him. Not really country, not bluegrass and definitely not pop/rock/blues. I dunno how to define him. An Alaskan, cowboy John Denver?

I've also been listening to Queen. It dawned on me that I only knew their hits. So far, the first two records are great. I had no idea how 'metal' those guys were back in the early days. Have you seen the biopic yet? Looks good. I really liked that actor in Band of Brothers: The Pacific. I'll probably have some friends over when that and the Elton John films make it to "on demand". Make a night of it.

Freddie Mercury had a phenomenal voice!!!!! put your headphones 🎧 on or earbuds and let this song rip.....one of my favorites 👍

Freddie Mercury had a phenomenal voice!!!!! put your headphones 🎧 on or earbuds and let this song rip.....one of my favorites 👍 I've recently been using my studio headphones to listen to music. Not sure how I never knew this, but yeah... My basic Bose really isn't very good. I see now why people say they're overpriced. I was mesmerized by a record lately and played if for my friends later in the week and actually hated how it sounds on the stereo. It's as if there were any entire guitar track that was just missing. It's sad that I'll be 38 in July and just now realized what it means to be an audiophile. If anyone reads this and has recommendations for gear, I'd love to hear them. I wanna build a respectable HiFi. Now that my cellar is steeped and I own every guitar I could ever really want, I have some room for a new hobby. Haha Also, my media preferences will be CDs, Digital, and Vinyl.

I love all good music, and I love the songs that really push the limits of a sound system.

For me I find a good stereo/hifi system starts with a separate pre-amp and amp. Take a look, Crutchfield has been around with a good reputation for many years. Sometimes you’ll even find a decent sale👌👍👍 www.crutchfield.com/S-DfRrRx5MkIE/learn/home-audio-power-amplifiers-and-preamps.html

I used to have a lot of money invested in sound equipment, particularly speakers, but now you can get such good sound from headphones and small speakers it amazing! I get a kick out of the discussion about good music when Rap is mentioned It's kind of insulting to hear someone refer to Rap as music since it has no musical component whatsoever. No musicians, no instruments, no vocalists, just stories set to a beat.

The audio quality is far superior than my Grado’s I purchased 10 plus years ago. Watch a few videos and reviews on YouTube on Bluedio Victory Pro headphones 🎧........you’ll be amazed.
