I bought Paladin, Nightcap, and Stanwell Melange to start out with. Nightcap is what set the hook in me, and then the exploration of lat blends. Now I rarely smoke lats, but have plenty of it. Melange is one of the few aros that I restock before I run out. If Paladin was the only tobacco available.... Im glad I stocked a cellar.
BTW, add Picayune, 5 Brothers, and D&R Roboche SJ to my list

Okay, I'll try to play. The list is not numbered because they're in no particular order, really. Just 10 things I can think of right now that I like a lot.
OGS LBF Marlin Flake Old Gowrie HH Pure Virginia First Amendment Blairgowrie Carter Hall Embarcadero Brunello Flake
Other days, Escudo and some WCC and Peretti blends would likely be in there. Sometimes Evening Flake, Sutliff Virginia Slices, Heinrich Virginia Slice, or SPC Plum Pudding would make it. Some other Virgentals (besides Embarcadero) will probably creep in there at some point.
Like you guys have said, there's such a remarkable variety out there to try.

I looked at his website and it's been replaced by Plateau of Leng. I got mine about 4 months ago and the bag is dated 4-2020. I guess I got the last bit. Sorry.

Newminster 403 Newminster 400 Five Brothers Bob’s Chocolate Flake Rum Twist 1792 Ennedale and Brown Scented ALL the MacB rolls Penzance Margate
Runners up: For the summer, I smoke a LOT of Germains Medium Flake, so that’s top 3 in warmer months Marlin Astleys 44 SG No. 4 Penny Farthing Rum Flake DBE Etc., etc.
I mean, there are plenty more that I find equally appealing, depending on mood. Like, Sutliff Mocha Strips is weird, and I have to be in the mood for it, but I love it.
