Following a supper of my own Beef Bourguignon, a bowl of C&D's Black Frigate in a John Blunt Number 11 London made Billiard. A flagon of overly old Cigare Volante to wash it all down.

Sutliff Mixture No. 79 will cure you! 💩🤡 Don’t have any, would be interesting. Maybe something strong like Billy Budd. I think you may be right. I smoked a big bowl of Captain Earle's Ten Russians once to try to kill a cold. Not sure if it helped, but it did make me light headed and sleepy. |

First night in the new shack. Plenty of work left but the heavy lifting is done, all furniture here so it's home now. 2016 F-150 has a few new scratches and a cracked cargo light cover but that happens when they're used for what they were intended. Defintiely last move in a pick up for my old joints. I dug out my two unfinished Savinelli 320 KS authors from the boxed pipes this evening, am smoking Watch City Slices, drinking Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy and listening to the Reds/Cardinals game on ESPN radio.

Relaxing after a wonderful meat and potatoes dinner, and am finally trying C&D Black Frigate in a 1990s smooth Peterson Captain Pete XL80 bulldog with a black vulcanite stem and p-lip. I'm almost a quarter way through the bowl. Marlins lead the error ridden Pirates 5-2.

Now smoking 2014 Solani 633 in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching Gunsmoke.

Just got home from being in Chicago the last couple of days. Fortunately I had a few packages waiting for me, stuff for the mancave mostly, but in the boxes was a real treat. Several McClelland blends including what I'm smokin now....
