Kind of in a Germain's sort of mood tonight.
Margate's all gone (that bowl anyway) and am now lighting up a bowl of RDF in my Dunnie Canadian.

Relaxing after a terrific Mexican dinner with a bowl of Esoterica Dorchester in a 2018 smooth straight flame grain Basil Meadows Merchant Service "Bing" replica with an aluminum band and black ebonite stem. Have enough for part of a bowl. Home now and watching the Braves-Reds game. Stormy's been here all day, and it's still cold and rainy.

Missouri Meerschaum Diplomat cob with Country Squire Old Toby, ice water on the side.
My first cob, and I have to say, it's absolutely delightful. Won't be getting rid of my briars any time soon, but I can see why people like these.

I smoked a small bowl of Star of the East from C&D. I did not care for this blend. Very Lat heavy and no sweetness to it. I am going to finish the day with St James flake.

Never tire of Old Blue Eyes and Janet Leigh. They don't come any better. I'm a fan of Paul Newman and Janet Lee as well. My favorite Paul Newman film is Exodus, but he's great in everything. My college roomate's mother went to high school with Paul Newman. Interesting bit of trivia, he wore blue contacts.
