Like Wolfman, I just tried my first bowl of Presbyterian today. It is.....interesting. I think I have been smoking flakes so much I need to pay heed to the way I pack it. I found it to be pleasant.... In a Willmer with iced tea on the side.

Had pizza for dinner, and for dessert, m'lady made an apple cinnamon raisin pie that just can't be beat. I'm relaxing with a bowl of Edgeworth Slices in a 1984 medium bend black grain etched Savinelli Non Pareil 9310 poker with a horn ferrule and a black vulcanite stem. Watching the Yankees-Angels game before I go to work.

Absolutely glorious day today. Temps were in the high 70's and lovely breezes. Blondie and the baby (Jenni, 19) went to the museums in Raleigh this morning. After sleeping in till 9am I got up and enjoyed a pot of coffee while sitting on the back deck petting my pal, Hank. Had a lite lunch and found my way to the course around 12:30 and was teeing em up with a couple of buddies by 1:15. The smokes rotation was 858 maduro's, curly heads & bowls of 965 in my designated golfin pipe... Blondie and the baby are now downstairs watching some murder mystery show of some sorts, which leaves me free to find my way up to the mancave and enjoy a bowl or three. ;-) First smoke of the evening is Stokkebye's Proper English in a great ol Royal Sovereign straight sandblast bulldog. Sippin Glenrothes.... Man it's good to be home.

I initially read that thinking you had stuffed your pipe with bait. Not that I'm judging, or anything. Glad you were able to fish with your daughter!
