Pouring another mug of coffee and stuffing my Rollar/Tinsky that came in the mail yesterday with EMP. I sadly assume this will be the highlight of my day. Oh well--life's simple pleasures....

Rattray's Bagpipers Dream dated 2012, in my wire wheel rusticated Icarus black Volcano pipe. This nosewarmer is comfortable for those who clench their pipes, like me. An excellent smoker I picked up on eBay just over 2 years ago for $50.00 shipped. The pipe was new/unsmoked 👍👌

Thank you, M'Lady. I didn't know the term 'pip', so I looked it up in the Urban Dictionary and it said:
"(1) A pain in the arse. (2) A real character. (3) Someone who tends to be difficult, but still likeable."
Blimey, it's difficult to pick one. Do you want us to pick for you?

Good morning, you all. First smoke of this apparently sunny Thursday; Solani's 'Aged Burley Flake' in a Georg Jensen, so worn that neither shape no. nor series name can be detected.
Maker's name barely so.
love the shape!

Wilke Pipe Tobacco #191....could be the best aro ever! You can really taste and smell the honey & vanilla in this great blend. One of my favorite Wilke blends👍👍👍 Pipe of choice: a restored to mint condition....LaStrada Chubby Pot. No need for a description, below I will post pictures. An excellent smoking pipe as well.

About half way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Have a lot of work and business to attend to, so I'm taking a forum break for the next few days. Have fun, play fair (unless their backs are turned, lol), and I'll see you soon.

Been looking at a tub of White Cubed Burley for several months, trying to remember why I bought it. Oh yeah, to blend. Five Brothers was out of reach, so I grabbed the tub and filled half a bowl of the slowroll Stack. This tobacco can burn hot and can be hot on your tongue, but if you take small puffs it's fine and you get every taste from breakfast cereal to a smoky, toasty rye. I am having mine with my morning coffee, muddy-sweet, but I think this would go well with many drinks, especially Whiskeys and Whiskys.

Just finished GH Black twist sliced in a Savinelli Capri. Trying to decide if I like this or not. Even when smoking I can tell the room note is reminiscent of a dumpster fire.

Had some Toasted Black Cavendish from Lane in a jar for almost a year. This was put out as Lamplighter, but then changed to TBC. Tinderbox may not have wanted Lane to directly market this as Lamplighter.
For people that don't like Aros this tobacco might be something to try. It has no aro qualities, maybe just a smidge of some nondescript somethingorother. It is burning to a fine ash. You can smoke it all day, but I would probably go from this to a straight burley and like Spahn and Sain, again and again and again. Would still close the night out with English

Would still close the night out with English Spahn, Sain, and pray for rain. We've had rain all week and I'm sticking to Match Presbyterian in the Dunhill.
