Another lovely bowl of Amphora OB ourt of my SC Pipes Billiard(I think) in Birdseye. The Blue Danube started in my ears, and I was lost to the richness of my smoke and the whimsy of the dragon flies dancing across the pool to one of my favorite pieces.

A bit of a change this morning. GH Black Twist sliced in one of my stacks. I've decided it's not as good as HH ODF.

Got the Stanwell Flame Grain fired up with some Edward G Robinson with a Miller High Life on the side... That’s an older beauty 👍👍. I’m not and never was a big beer drinker but back in the early 70’s wasn’t Miller High Life referred too as “ The Champagne of Bottled Beer “ in their ads and TV commercials.

Good evening from Greece, i am smoking Hearth and Home AJ's VaPer in an Olive pipe, cool water beside me. While reading military history i brought in mind an old story, it's about the "ghost army" of Drosoulites. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DrosoulitesThe castle was deserted and the sand covered the dead bodies. Tradition says that if the body is frail, the soul does not rest. It has been many years since then, and one dawn in May some shepherds overlooking the monastery of Saint Charalambos saw an army of human shadows, pedestrians and riders, with weapons and swords to make their way to the sea...

Pipe of choice: a restored Grabow Viking pipe with a black sandblasted Billiard bowl.

Germain Brown Flake dated 2010 Pipe of choice: Stanwell #95 all around the bowl of this chubby pot is rusticated and the wide rim is smooth. A slight bend to the wide comfortable stem. Don’t own a Stanwell that I’d part with👍👌👍 Neither do I. No. 95 is a great pipe; another Sixten Ivarsson design.

Presbyterian in this little bulldog. It is marked "Ivory" and "Made in London by Sasieni." It even has a shape number--78. I think it is from the days when the Tinder Box used to commission pipes by established makers and put another name on them. So it is sort of a basket pipe. Not much to look at, but it is good for a brief flake smoke--or any sort of "quickie."

An early start to celebrate Father’s Day!!! Given to me by my ex-son-in-law. Extremely thoughtful of him, he knows Padron is one of my favorite cigar manufacturers. He’s also a pipe smoker
One of my favorite fairly inexpensive Padron cigars: PADRON 4000 MADURO CIGAR.....👍👌👍👌

Kendal Kentucky in my accidental goblet. Quite nice, albeit it burns a bit fast as it's a shag.
